Menu Tiger Rescue Center

The Tiger Rescue Center is conceived as a facility for the rescue, care, and rehabilitation of tigers, set within a park whose guiding theme is reconnection with nature and ecology. The design treats the building not as an object imposed on the site, but as a structure that grows quietly out of its environment.

The façade draws on natural, tactile materials—primarily concrete paired with decorative timber battens—to give the building envelope a sense of depth, texture, and warmth. Fenestration is handled with a curatorial sensibility: rather than a uniform grid, openings are placed and proportioned in response to interior use and views, lending the elevations a subtle rhythm.

The intended effect is a building with a calm yet grounded presence—one that settles naturally into the park while remaining visually distinct and memorable as a public landmark.
